This hotel met needs in every way, would recommend. The entire venue was fairly clean and the room was a nice size. The location in a nice area was comfortable and quiet and there were a market and a convenience store nearby. I randomly popped in Dunkin' serving some pastries, located not too far from the hotel, it was nice.

The hotel's location was fantastic, offering a unique neighborhood experience; during the hot weather, we enjoyed relaxing at Gettin' Basted, which was a great spot to cool off.

I truly enjoyed the room, which was brand-new with a shower. Everything here was perfect. the hotel is in a comfy and marvelous location, right in front of the establishment. I found a great selection of restaurants to eat, like Landry's Seafood House, only a 20-minute walk away.

Additionally, the staff was helpful in assisting me with street parking, which was a relief in a busy area near the university.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with soiled sheets, dirty pillows, and a lack of basic toiletries. the noise level from other guests, especially at night, was disruptive, impacting the quality of my sleep.

The bed was comfortable. the room was a nice size. - the staff was very amiable and pleasant from my arrival up until I left. - This was a comfy and quiet location, a short walk to downtown Manhattan and Fordham University.

The spacious double room provides cozy heating, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a refreshing shower. I felt comfortable and relaxed during my stay.

I wish there were more amenities like a microwave and ice machine on each floor.
